I live my life in widening circles
that reach out across the world.
I may not complete this last one,
but I give myself to it.
I circle around God, around the primordial tower.
I’ve been circling for thousands of years,
and I still don’t know: am I a falcon,
a storm, or a great song?

Coherence Consultant

Change that lasts.

At kimiya, my partners and I help organizations solve the problems they didn’t know they had—and the ones they do. How?

Well…fundamentally, all problems are relational problems. Despite how they might manifest (e.g., inefficient processes, lack of product-market fit, cultural toxicity) they all stem from a misalignment within and between individuals and wider organizational structures. We remove blocks and cultivate relational coherence so that individuals feel authentically connected to themselves, each other, and to the organization ethos. The outcome is an organization that efficiently realizes its vision and mission and people who feel fulfilled.
