You’re stuck.
You don’t know why.

We talk. Things change.

Who You Are

You’re capable. Driven. And stuck.

You’re a high-capacity person. You think deeply, see connections others miss, and are used to figuring things out. But sometimes, the strengths that got you here can make it harder to see what’s keeping you stuck.

  • You’re successful on paper, but increasingly unsure whether the life you’ve built still fits.
  • You’ve done the internal work and tried different approaches—yet somehow, the core issue remains.
  • You keep running into the same patterns in your decisions, relationships, or work—but can’t quite see what’s driving them.
  • You’ve outgrown a role, relationship, identity, or direction—but don’t yet know what comes next.

You’re not looking for someone to tell you what to do. You’re looking for someone who can help you see what you’re missing from inside your own experience.

How I See Things

What’s happening on the surface is rarely the whole story. What looks like a problem in one area of your life may actually be connected to something happening somewhere else.

CONTEXT

My work is to trace those connections—and help you see what’s actually going on.

What We Will Do

We work together to understand what’s really happening so you can move forward with clarity. The work is rarely linear, but it unfolds across four phases:

1. EXPLORE

Look beyond the obvious and surface what’s really going on.

2. UNDERSTAND

Make sense of what you’re seeing—and why it matters.

3. CONNECT

See how you, your relationships, and your context interact—and where things may no longer fit.

4. MOVE

Turn insight into meaningful action—and change that lasts.

The goal isn’t simply to understand yourself better. It’s to see more clearly what matters, what fits, what needs to change—and what you want to do about it.

Not coaching. Not therapy.

The Experience

It’s an unconventional conversation.

  • You don’t have to perform.
  • I don’t follow a script. We start where you are.
  • I listen for patterns and connections that may not be immediately obvious.
  • We get to what matters.
  • I tell you what I see, even when it’s uncomfortable.
  • We turn insight into something you can actually do.
  • We talk. You start seeing things differently.

Helpful Things to Know

Why Me?

A rather unconventional background

There’s no single professional category that neatly describes what I do. My background spans biology, environmental science, human geography, psychology, spirituality, and ecopsychology.

Across all of them, I’ve been interested in the same question:

What’s really going on—and what becomes possible when you can see the whole picture?

My academic background includes:

  • BSc — Biology
  • MA — Theology: Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy
  • MA — Human Geography
  • PhD — Applied Health Sciences: Social & Cultural Health Studies

I’ve worked across environmental consulting, research, academia, and nearly a decade of private practice in counselling, coaching, and psychotherapy.

Today, I bring that interdisciplinary perspective to advisory work—connecting the personal with the relational, contextual, and practical realities of your life.

I won’t put you in a box. I’ll help you understand what fits for you—and what doesn’t.

My Personal Story

I’ve been stuck too.

I know what it means to reach a point where the life you’ve built no longer works.

I’ve experienced significant personal and professional disruption, made mistakes I deeply regret, and had to step back and take an honest look at how I got there. There was no quick fix. I had to seek support, confront my patterns, take responsibility for my choices and their impact, and slowly rebuild.

That experience taught me that meaningful change isn’t about becoming someone entirely new. It’s about seeing yourself more clearly, understanding what needs to change, and integrating what you’ve learned into how you live and act.

That’s part of what I bring to this work.

I don’t approach people from a pedestal. I know what it’s like to be highly capable and profoundly stuck—to have deep insight and still have blind spots. Sometimes what’s standing between where you are and where you could be isn’t a lack of knowledge. It’s a pattern you can’t see from inside your own experience.

My role is to help you see it.
