You’re stuck.
You don’t know why.

We talk. Things change.

Who You Are

You’re capable. Driven. And stuck.

You’re a high-capacity person. You think deeply, see connections others miss, and have the drive to make things happen. Those same qualities can also make it harder to see what’s getting in your way.

  • You experience things uniquely and often feel misunderstood
  • You’ve tried a variety of approaches—and you’re still not getting where you want to go
  • Something’s not right, but you can’t figure out what it is

How I See Things

What’s happening on the surface is rarely the whole story. What looks like a problem in one area of your life may actually be a disconnection somewhere else.

CONTEXT

My work is finding what is disconnected—and helping you come back into coherence.

What I Do

We work together to find what’s actually happening so you can move forward with clarity. While this work is rarely linear, it generally unfolds across four key phases:

1. EXPLORE

Uncover what is happening beneath the surface—not just the obvious challenges you’re facing

2. UNDERSTAND

Make sense of the patterns and dynamics shaping your experience.

3. CONNECT

See how you, your relationships, and your context interact—and where things may no longer fit.

4. MOVE

Turn insight into meaningful action—and change that lasts.

Not coaching. Not therapy.

The Experience

It’s an unconventional conversation.

  • You don’t have to perform.
  • I don’t follow a script. We start where you are.
  • I listen for the patterns underneath what you’re saying—not just the obvious problem.
  • We get to what matters.
  • I tell you what I see, even when it’s uncomfortable.
  • We turn insight into something you can actually do.
  • We talk. Your life changes.

Helpful Things to Know

Why Me?

A rather unconventional background

There’s no single professional category that neatly describes what I do. My background spans biology, environmental science, human geography, psychology, spirituality, and ecopsychology.

Across each, I’ve been interested in the same question:

What’s really going on—and what becomes possible when you can see the whole picture?

I hold degrees in:

  • BSc — Biology, minor in Chemistry
  • MA — Theology: Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy
  • MA — Human Geography
  • PhD — Applied Health Sciences: Social & Cultural Health Studies

I’ve worked across environmental consulting, research, academia, and approximately a decade of private practice in counselling, coaching, and psychotherapy.

Today, I bring that interdisciplinary perspective to advisory work—connecting the personal with the relational, contextual, and practical realities of your life.

I won’t put you in a box. I’ll help you understand what actually fits for you—and what doesn’t.

My Personal Story

I’ve been stuck too.

I know what it means to reach a point where the life you’ve built no longer works.

I’ve experienced significant personal and professional disruption, made mistakes I deeply regret, and had to step back and take an honest look at how I got there. There was no quick fix. I had to seek support, confront my patterns, take responsibility for my choices and their impact, and slowly rebuild.

That experience taught me that meaningful change isn’t about becoming someone entirely new. It’s about seeing yourself more clearly, understanding what needs to change, and integrating what you’ve learned into how you live and act.

That’s part of what I bring to this work.

I don’t approach people from a pedestal. I know what it’s like to be highly capable and profoundly stuck—to have deep insight and still have blind spots. Sometimes the thing standing between where you are and where you could be isn’t a lack of knowledge. It’s a pattern you can’t see from inside your own experience.

My role is to help you find it.
